How do you price your tattoo?
Getting a tattoo with Tattoo Noire is straightforward! Tattoo Noire customizes prices based on the design's complexity, size, and your skin's canvas. To provide an accurate quote, reach out to Tattoo Noire via Facebook, Instagram, or email. Each tattoo is unique, just like you!
What is your shop minimum and what is that?
My shop minimum is $100. This covers small, simple tattoos. Once I know what you're looking for, I'll let you know if the minimum applies. Can't wait to hear your ideas!
Where are you located?
You can find me right behind the Neenah Starbucks off the Winnecone exit on US-41. My address is 1075 Lake St., Suite 203b, Neenah, WI 54956. Look for the two-story tan and brick building—I'm on the second floor. You can access it using the second-story wheelchair ramp or the lower level front doors.
How should I prep for my tattoo?
On tattoo day, make sure you've had a good meal, slept well, and stayed hydrated. A quick shower beforehand is perfect—no need to shave, I'll handle that unless it's an area you usually shave. Please avoid alcohol the day of your appointment and try not to come in feeling hungover. I want your experience to be as comfortable as possible!
What are your hours?
Here are my hours:
Tuesday through Friday: 12pm to 8pm
Saturday: 12pm to 4pm
I might consider earlier or later appointments on occasion, but my regular days are fixed.
How do I pay?
I prefer cash because my Square card reader charges a small fee for credit/debit cards. But don't worry, I'm happy to accept cards too. In rare cases, I might accept Venmo, but it's not preferred. I don't accept any other cash app payments.
Do you tattoo over wound/surgery/self harm scars or stretch marks?
Absolutely! I tattoo over healed wounds, surgery scars, self-harm scars, and stretch marks. They should be healed for at least six months to a year. Feel free to send me images via Instagram, Facebook, or Email for a quick assessment!
How far out do you book?
I usually book three months ahead. For example, I'll open bookings for Jan-Mar in December, and so on.
Are you a licensed, experienced artist?
Yes, absolutely! I'm a licensed and experienced artist with one and a half years of tattooing experience. I hold all the necessary state licenses for both my work and my business. You can see all the required licenses displayed in the shop.
Can I use numbing cream for my tattoo?
I'm fine with it if you are, just give me a heads up! Follow the packaging instructions. There's a small risk of allergic reaction or slower healing. I can't be responsible for any reactions or infections if you choose to use it. Please research and read reviews on numbing creams before using them!
Do you take on apprentices or hire other artists in your shop?
I currently don't take on apprentices or hire additional artists in my shop. However, if you're an experienced, licensed artist interested in a guest spot, feel free to reach out to me on Facebook, Instagram, or via Email.
Can I get a tattoo while pregnant?
I don't tattoo pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. It's for your safety, your baby's safety, and also for liability reasons. Let's wait until after your bundle of joy is born!
